THE GRAPE PICKING

he time OF HARVEST...
At the commencement of the wine picking in September a team of 150 workers pick the grapes by hand.
The presence of a number of people is as important as it is necessary, to enable all the grapes to be picked at perfect maturity.

RODUCTION
The level of production is around 35 hl/ha for the red variety and
40 hl/ha for the white variety
.
The local regional appellations revolve between 45 hl and50 hl.
